Description

The work is a canonical study on the office of finance officer in the Syro-Malabar Major Archiepiscopal Church, one of the Eastern Catholic Churches sui iuris. The office of the finance officer was established in the Syro-Malabar Church soon after this Church was granted major archiepiscopal status on 16 December 1992.This elevation of the Syro-Malabar Church to the juridical status of the major archiepiscopal Church was in conformity with the directives of the Second Vatican Council.
